Buying Tickets
To buy tickets you need to register for free on our website. After registration, choose the event, select the seats and proceed to payment by credit/debit card through our secure Nexi system.
Yes, registration is mandatory by law (Law no. 145 of December 30, 2018) to identify online ticket buyers. Registration is free and allows you to access your reserved area where you can see all your purchases.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) through the secure Nexi gateway. Payment is protected with the highest security standards.
Refunds and Cancellations
Important: For show and event tickets, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n of the Consumer Code).
Refunds are only possible in case of:
- Cancellation of the event by the organizer
- Substantial change of date/time communicated by the organizer
- Documented technical problems during purchase
In case of event cancellation, you will receive an email with refund instructions. The refund includes the ticket price but not always the service fees, which relate to the sales service already provided.
Date/time changes must be requested directly from the event organizer. 2Tickets cannot independently modify tickets already issued. Each organizer has their own date change policies.
Tickets and Collection
You can choose between two methods:
- Print@Home: Print tickets directly from home or show them from your smartphone
- Box office withdrawal: Pick up the tickets at the event venue by presenting the confirmation email
Yes! Print@Home tickets can be shown directly from your smartphone. Make sure the QR code is clearly visible and the screen brightness is at maximum.
- Check the SPAM/Junk mail folder
- Access your reserved area in the "Orders" section
- Download tickets directly from your profile
- If the problem persists, contact us at supporto@2tickets.it
Technical Issues
Check that:
- The card has sufficient funds
- The card is enabled for online purchases
- All entered data is correct
Don't worry! If the payment was successful, the tickets have been generated.
- Check email and SPAM
- Access your profile → "Orders" section
- Send an email to supporto@2tickets.it with the order number
