2TICKETS.IT is a specialised intermediation service for the online sale of tickets and subscriptions for entertainment and show events.

We operate on behalf of Event Organisers, acting as an authorised distribution platform.

Role of 2Tickets.it

Within the Sales Agreement, 2Tickets.it acts exclusively in the name and on behalf of the Organiser, providing the intermediation service for ticket sales.

It is important to note that:
  • We are not responsible for the organisation of events
  • We do not directly manage shows or events
  • We do not determine the ticket pricing policy, which is set entirely by the Organiser

Data Protection

All transactions are processed through secure server systems, ensuring maximum protection of personal data and payment information.

Banking Partners

Online payment is made via virtual POS provided by Nexi and Banca Sella, ensuring the highest security standards.

Free Registration

Registration on the platform is completely free. To complete registration:

  1. Fill in the form with the required information
  2. Provide a valid email and phone number
  3. Create a secure password
  4. Confirm your email via the verification link

Phone Number Verification

The registration process includes phone number validation via OTP (One Time Password) code sent by SMS, as required by current legislation (Law no. 145 of 30 December 2018).

Prices and Fees

Price Composition

Ticket prices, set by the Organiser and inclusive of any pre-sale fees, are clearly shown on each event page.

Full Transparency

Service fees are shown separately in the order summary before completing the purchase, along with the total amount to pay.

  • All prices are expressed in Euros
  • All prices include VAT
  • Fees are certified with a fiscal receipt
Note: In case of transaction reversal, service fee amounts will not be refundable, as they relate to services duly provided.

Ticket Delivery Methods

Box Office Collection

Collect your ticket at a dedicated point at the event venue.

  • Present the confirmation email
  • Available on the day of the event
  • No additional cost
Print@Home

Immediate ticket printing with your own printer.

  • Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.8+
  • Also usable from smartphone
  • Unique QR Code for each ticket
Important: The access control system will authorise a single entry for each QR Code. Any photocopies or improper use will be prosecutable by law.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Important

Since the purchase of tickets concerns the provision of leisure services that the Organiser undertakes to provide on a specific date and time, the right of withdrawal does not apply as provided for by Art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as established by Art. 59, paragraph I, letter n) of the same Code.

Any requests must be addressed directly to the Event Organiser.
